The Detroit Red Wings are reportedly interested in retaining David Perron, with NHL Insider Pierre LeBrun stating that the team and Perron are "talking" about a new contract.
Perron, 38, intends to play again next season, and had 13 goals between the Ottawa Senators and the Detroit Red Wings last season.
